December 2005

 December 12th- Terroristic Threat- UVSC Police investigated a report of a student making terroristic threats.  Although the student said he was kidding, he has been trespassed from UVSC and is in the process of being prosecuted for Terroristic Threats. 

December 13th-  Agency Assist Homicide Suspects- Sgt Smith assisted the US Marshal's Office and Utah County Sheriff deputies in taking two homicide suspects into custody at Remington Apartments.

December 18th- Warrant Service- Officer Marble stopped a vehicle for a faulty headlight.  The driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Orem.

December 20th- Arson- Two vans owned by UVSC were set on fire sometime during the night.  The fires extinguished themselves quickly resulting in minimal damage.  The case is still under investigation and evidence has been sent to the crime lab.

December 20th- Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the Browing Administration building after a male student became upset over not being able to change his email address.  The student was given the choice of being charged with Disorderly Conduct or being trespassed from the building until after the end of the year.  The student chose to be trespassed and will be referred to Judicial Affairs.
